***Queenstown Water Situation.  Queenstown is currently under a "boil-water" order that does affect our business.  We will be providing guests with bottled water and the ability to re-fill bottles with boiled water at all times.  

**The construction of a new hotel is underway at the site adjacent to Queenstown House Lakeside Apartments.  The excavation grounds work has now been completed and the site will move to above-ground construction work.  All possible measures are being taken by the Project Management Company to reduce noise and disruption however there will at times be construction noise from the hours of 0730 to 1800 from Monday to Saturday.  Please contact us to discuss any concerns you may have regarding your stay.
